The Frequency Counter is measuring the frequency of mains.

My translation of the speech: - Hi, my name is Göran. - At this time, we're going to look at my frequency counter from the year 1999. - I've turned on the device and it's right now measuring the frequency of mains. - There is one small cable connected from the rear side of the little black box    and this black wire is right now in the middle of picture. - The red conducter of this black cable is connected to the red conducter of the    white cable. - This white cable is approximately 5 metres long and of course this wire    generates the measured object signal. - We're right now watching the rest of the white cable.
